Why Isn't My Click Meter Showing Up?

If the click meter is missing or not updating on your dashboard, it's usually tied to your account's billing plan status.
Common causes:
- Your account doesn't have an active click plan assigned
- You're on a CPC plan without a credit card on file (no meter displays in this case)
- Billing information like plan amount or start date isn't active yet
- For agency accounts: the meter only reflects usage from companies with active click plans
What to check:
- Confirm whether you're viewing the agency dashboard or an individual company dashboard.
- Verify the account has an active, paid click plan.
- Confirm the billing start date has already passed.
