# How to Remove an Email Tag Showing on Your Links

## What to do if you notice an email address tag appearing on your links.

If you notice an email tag displaying on your links and want it removed, this isn't something you can toggle yourself in your account settings — it requires a quick fix on our end.

**What to do:**

1. Contact [support@urlgenius.com](mailto:support@urlgenius.com).
2. Include your Company ID (found in your account settings) so we can locate your account quickly.
3. Our team will remove the email tag from your links.

*(Note for you: the source doc described this as an internal Admin Portal action — I rewrote it as a support-contact flow since customers don't have access to that tool. Worth confirming with Angela whether there's a self-service option planned, or if "contact support" is the permanent answer here.)*
